She’s bringing on the bling for 2024.
Vera Wang shined in yet another less-is-more look on New Year’s Eve Sunday, wearing an interesting combination of a bikini and an evening gown to ring in 2024.
The 74-year-old fashion designer looked glam in one of her own Vera Wang Haute creations as she posed with her lookalike daughter, Josephine Becker, 30, in photos she shared on Instagram Monday.
“Trying very hard not to get burned… Jo and me smiling away… into the New Year!!! 🔥🎈💥❤️ #newyear2024” Wang captioned the festive photos.
She also shared several other posts from their party, including a solo shot of herself in the slinky black cutout dress captioned “Celebrating the New Year….Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!!! 🥂🥂🥂.”
In the pics, she wore a crystal-covered black bikini top under a black halter-necked gown with enormous cutouts, with the dress featuring just a thin strip of fabric extending down the front of the design.
The bridal pro showed off her trim figure in the skimpy look, keeping her accessories simple except for an enormous black bow on top of her head resembling Minnie ears.
Wang held a lit sparkler as she posed with her daughter in the pics, standing in front of an elaborately set dinner table decorated with teal, gold and silver balloons.
In another snapshot, which Wang captioned, “The best part of the night ….. 🥂🍾 Well, the 💥🧨💥 were pretty awesome too !!” she stood in front of a spread featuring a peacock-shaped arrangement of cupcakes and a New Year’s cake with a sparkler on top.

This is the second time Wang has coordinated with her kids in recent days; the bridal industry legend wore a shimmering teal dress that matched with the styles Josephine and her older sister, Cecilia Becker, 33, wore in a series of Christmas photos.
Her recent looks follow a long line of sassy ‘fits, with Wang wearing everything from hot pants and a cutout top at the 2022 CFDA Awards to a viral sports bra and shorts moment in 2020.
