Texans taking Deshaun Watson situation ‘one day at a time’

Houston Texans star quarterback Deshaun Watson is participating in training camp sessions amid reports he wishes to be traded and also as he faces 22 lawsuits alleging acts of sexual assault and misconduct and 10 criminal complaints.

The NFL released a statement Tuesday clarifying that Watson currently has “no restrictions” as it pertains to working out with any club, and Houston general manager Nick Caserio acknowledged the existence of that statement and added the Texans are taking things “one day at a time” regarding Watson’s future without saying much else of note on Wednesday:
