Tamra Judge holds back tears over Shannon Beador’s DUI arrest: ‘I feel like I’m going to throw up’

Tamra Judge got choked up while discussing Shannon Beador’s arrest for DUI and hit-and-run.

“I feel like I’m going to throw up,” the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star said during Monday’s episode of “Two Ts in a Pod” with Teddi Mellencamp and Cynthia Bailey.

“At first, I didn’t think it was true,” she continued. “I talked to Shannon yesterday, she didn’t say a word to me — nothing.”

Judge also recalled Beador being “extremely quiet” during a conference call for their show “Tres Amigas” with fellow Housewife Vicki Gunvalson.

“She said, ‘It’s been a rough couple of days,’ and that’s all she told me,” Judge said of her embattled co-star.

“All I’m seeing is what’s in the press. I’m shook.”

Judge, 56, admitted she initially thought the headlines were a lie after Beador, 59, failed to respond to text messages from other concerned “RHOC” cast members.

“This is life-changing,” she said. “I feel bad for her, and I’m just happy nobody got hurt.”

Meanwhile, Mellencamp, 42, took a strong stance on Beador’s situation, saying that it’s better to pay $6 for an Uber than to get behind the wheel after a few drinks.

“There is absolutely no reason in this day and age to ever drink and drive,” she said. “I will not even have one drink and get into the car because you don’t know how an alcoholic beverage is going to hit you.”

However, Bailey, 56, sent her love to the Real for Real founder and told her to “stay strong.”

Beador was arrested on Saturday night at 11:45 p.m. local time after she allegedly hit a Newport Beach, Calif., house with her car and fled the scene.

According to TMZ, the “RHOC” star continued to drive for a little while before parking her vehicle in the middle of the street.

Police found Beador walking nearby with her dog, Archie, and she was taken into custody after authorities realized she was intoxicated.

Her car was seized as part of the police department’s investigation.

The Bravolebrity was released Sunday morning after posting $2,500 bail and submitting a written promise to appear in court.

Beador’s lawyer, Mike Fell, said she is “extremely apologetic and remorseful” in a statement to Page Six Monday.

“We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions,” he added.

While Beador has yet to address the arrest herself, her friend Jeff Lewis shared that she’s seeking professional help.

“I am happy to say that she is gonna be entering counseling this week, so I’m happy about that,” he said on “Jeff Lewis Live” Monday.

The “Flipping Out” alum also clarified that he didn’t believe the reality TV star was an alcoholic, admitting, “I think she’s going through a lot of personal struggles right now.”
