Whitney Port was photographed enjoying some time at the Palm Beach, Fla., shoreline Friday, showing off her bikini body in a dark green two-piece.
The bikini featured seashell embellishments on the top and bottom.
The reality star appeared to be in high spirits, as she walked to her chair listening to music from her phone. She threw her blond hair up in a messy bun and protected her eyes with gold-framed shades.
The 38-year-old star’s slender frame sparked concern from fans and her husband, Tim Rosenman, last summer, which prompted her to discuss her weight on her Instagram Story.
“Timmy brought it to my attention, as a good husband should, and said it’s not just something strangers are spewing. He has been worried about me,” she explained in July 2023.
“I had to think about it and try to figure out what has been happening because it’s not something I’m consciously thinking about.”
The “Hills” alum decided she’s simply “too lazy” to make eating a “priority.”
“I eat to live, not the other way around,” she further detailed. “I always feel hungry but I just don’t know what to eat. It’s not how I want to look or feel though.”
Taking more accountability, she added, “I’m too picky when it comes to taste and quality. Both are unacceptable.”
Port — who once admitted she only ate 1,000 calories a day at the height of her fame — opened up more about her thin physique during an August 2023 episode of her “With Whit” podcast.
“In my head, I didn’t think it was as big of a deal as it actually was, and I still don’t really. But I do think I’m clearly not eating enough and that how I look right now does not look healthy. It’s not how I want to look,” she noted.
“I complain a lot about my lack of energy. Part of that stems from not giving myself what it actually needs.”

Soon after, she told fans she was “working on understanding” her relationship with food so she could “be the healthiest version” of herself.
In her latest update about her health, Port said her nutritionist did not think she had an eating disorder but suffered from neurovegetative depression.
This type of depression has symptoms such as insomnia, decreased appetite and weight loss, per the American Journal of Psychiatry.
“I think it’s just all these underlying things that have slowly chipped away at some self-confidence adding to a little bit of what [runs in my family],” Port hypothesized.
“I think that’s affecting my weight and my food intake.”
