50 Cent seeking sole custody of his, Daphne Joy’s son after she’s named as alleged sex worker in Diddy lawsuit: report

50 Cent plans to seek sole custody of his and Daphne Joy’s son, Sire, after she was named as an alleged sex worker in a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs in February, according to a new report.

“Given the latest developments and news of Daphne Joy’s involvement in the Diddy lawsuit, 50 is going for sole custody of his son,” a source close to the situation told Us Weekly Thursday.

50 Cent’s rep had no comment, and Joy didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

Upon learning that Joy, along with Yung Miami and model Jade Ramey, had been mentioned in the $30 million lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, the G-Unit founder reacted to the news on Instagram using a photo of himself smoking a cigar in the rain.

“I didn’t know you was a sex worker, you little sex worker.LOL,” 50 Cent captioned the images. “Yo this s–t is a movie.”

Joy hasn’t directly addressed being an alleged sex worker, but she did share a cryptic message on social media after her name made headlines.

“Thank you God for your love,” the 37-year-old model captioned a clip of herself hiking.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who worked with Combs on his latest album, sued the music mogul for allegedly sexually assaulting him.

Within the lawsuit, which also name-dropped Prince Harry, Jones claimed Combs’ alleged sex workers were paid a “monthly stipend.” The documents, obtained by Page Six, also claimed Combs used a man named Brendan Paul as his drug mule.

Paul was arrested earlier this week as federal agents raided the former Ciroc owner’s homes.

Combs’ attorney at the time of the lawsuit, Shawn Holley, slammed Jones as a “liar.”

“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls,” Holley said in a statement to Page Six.

“We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
