Josie Gibson is best known for her bubbly personality and interviewing some of the nation’s famous stars on This Morning.

However, away from her successful television career, she keeps her fans regularly updated with her personal family life, including snaps of her son Reggie.

The mother-of-one gave birth to her son in 2018 with her ex-partner Terry. The pair later split up that year.

Although she is a single mother, Josie insists that everything is “amicable” when it comes to co-parenting.

Speaking to The Mirror, she shared: “He’s a brilliant dad. He idolises Reg and Reg idolises him.

“It’s a shame it didn’t work out with us but actually, he dedicates his time to Reg, so Reg gets the best of both of us. I was brought up without a dad and I wouldn’t want that for my little boy.”

The doting mum also revealed earlier this year that Reggie experienced a health scare whilst on holiday.

Josie took to Instagram to notify her 501K followers that her son had received medical treatment in hospital whilst in Mexico.

She penned: “To those asking, Reggie is fine, he’s just getting on with it in his brand new cast like a proper little trooper.

“I thought the Mexican Hospital we went to was incredible and had to give them a lil shout out. Thank you for your messages see you all shortly. P.S. I bought this bikini I have on 12 years ago in Mexico… how mad is that…”

Josie is currently in the Australian jungle competing in the latest series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! on ITV.

The 38-year old is also battling it out against other famous faces such as Sam Thompson, Marvin Humes, Grace Dent and Danielle Harold.

Josie first shot to fame when she appeared on series 11 of Big Brother, which she went on to win.

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! airs daily at 9pm on ITV.
