Billy Crystal re-created his iconic sweater second from “When Harry Met Sally” to rejoice his seventy fifth birthday.
On Tuesday, Crystal shared a snap in the timeless knitwear on Twitter, a lot to the delight of his devoted followers.
In the tribute tweet, Crystal crouches down in white sneakers, denims and a preppy cream cable-knit pullover – and whereas it’s not the very same fashion seen within the Nora Ephron-written rom-com, it definitely acquired the nostalgia flowing.
“Thank you all…,” the Broadway star captioned the candy snaps, paying tribute to his character from the hit 1989 flick, Harry Burns.
Even the official Merriam-Webster Dictionary account was impressed by the throwback, tweeting, “Icon | noun | an individual or factor extensively admired particularly for having nice affect or significance in a selected sweater.”
