Brian Austin Green is clapping again towards his ex-fiancée Vanessa Marcil’s alleged custody claims.
The actor instructed his Instagram followers on Thursday that he “heard” the actress was “claiming [he] spent years taking her to courtroom and asking for youngster assist.”
Green, who shares son Kassius, 20, with Marcil, went on to put in writing by way of his Instagram Stories that he was the “respondent” of their courtroom battle, sharing a screenshot of a courtroom doc naming his former accomplice because the “petitioner.”

Green didn’t make clear the place he “heard” the claims — and Marcil, 53, has but to reply to her ex by way of social media.
