Nico Tortorella and Bethany C. Meyers’ rainbow child has arrived.
The health guru, 35, gave start to their first baby, Tortorella, 34, revealed in a Monday Instagram publish.

Meyers — who, like Tortorella, identifies as non-binary and makes use of they/them pronouns — debuted their child bump in an Instagram slideshow in August.
