FIFA 23: Players with the highest potential in Career Mode

Not only is Kylian Mbappe the highest-rated player on FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, but he also boasts the highest potential on Career Mode.

The Paris Saint-Germain forward begins as a 91 overall but has the potential to grow up to a 95, making him comfortably the best player on the entire game.

He’s narrowly ahead of Erling Haaland, who begins the game at 88 but can grow to a 94 with the right coaching.

Barcelona midfielder Pedri can grow from an 85 up to a 93, while Man City’s Phil Foden, Real Madrid‘s Vinicius Junior and PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma all have the potential to reach 92.

With 91 potential, there are Florian Wirtz, Kai Havertz, Dusan Vlahovic and Jude Bellingham.

Ansu Fati of Barcelona boasts some of the best growth potential on the game. He begins at 79 put can go all the way up to 90.

Sharing Fati’s 90 potential, there are Jamal Musiala, Rafael Leao, Joao Felix, Sandro Tonali, Alessandro Bastoni and Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Finishing the list off are four players with 89 potential, including two of La Liga’s brightest prospects, Eduardo Camavinga and Gavi.

Ryan Gravenberch of Bayern Munich and Vitinha of PSG also begin the game at 79 and can grow up to 89.
