Former Alabama basketball participant Darius Miles indicted on homicide fees

Former Alabama basketball participant Darius Miles has been indicted on homicide fees within the Jan. 15 taking pictures loss of life of a 23-year-old girl in January.

Miles claims he gave the homicide weapon to Michael Davis, who then allegedly killed Jamea Harris. 

Miles was dismissed from the crew after his arrest the day of the homicide.

Both males have been charged with capital homicide. Miles is accused of “aiding and abetting” Davis.

Officials mentioned it appeared the taking pictures was the results of an argument between the suspects and the sufferer.

It has since been revealed that the gun legally belonged to Miles, who left it within the backseat of present Bama participant Brandon Miller’s automotive. 

Miller has continued to play as a result of he has remained out of authorized bother. Police have mentioned there may be nothing they’ll cost the freshman with.

Miles and Davis are each being held in Tuscaloosa County Jail and are anticipated to have separate trials.
