A Ukrainian delegate was captured on video punching a Russian official within the face after his nation’s flag was taken from him whereas making an attempt to photobomb a video interview with the lead delegate from Moscow.
The incident involving Olesandr Marikovski occurred Thursday at an Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation assembly in Ankara, Turkey, in line with Reuters.
The footage confirmed a person strolling as much as Marikovski as he held his Ukrainian flag behind Russian delegate Olga Timofeeva.
The man then grabbed the flag and began strolling away, however Marikovski caught as much as him and began swinging his fists.

The actions drew condemnation from Mustafa Sentop, the president of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
