From “Bachelorette” to baby!
Eight years after winning Kaitlyn Bristowe’s heart on the ABC show — and five since the former couple called it quits — Shawn Booth has welcomed his first child with Audrey “Dre” Joseph.
The 36-year-old trainer shared an Instagram Story photo of his little one’s feet on Wednesday.
“Baby Booth arrived yesterday and is healthy & perfect,” the new dad wrote. “Mom is an absolute rockstar & did incredible!
“Everything went super smooth and we couldn’t be more grateful,” he continued. “Best feeling in the world.”
The former reality star surprised his “In the Booth With Shawn Booth” podcast listeners with Joseph’s pregnancy news in July.
“It’s happening,” Booth said. “I’m gonna be a father. … This is a big surprise for the both of us. [To be] open and honest, this wasn’t something that was planned.
“But it will be and is the most beautiful surprise I’ve ever had in my life,” he added. “And it’s gonna be very special. I can’t wait. I’m ready. I’m 37 years old. I’ve always wanted to be a dad.”
The former ABC personality kept Joseph’s identity a secret at the time — but clarified they have “had a relationship and … dated” and she wasn’t “some random girl [he] met at Honky Tonk Central.”
Later that same month, the then-expectant star appeared as a guest on Booth’s podcast to discuss her pregnancy.
The pair did not speak to the nature of their relationship, which Booth referring to the photographer as his “baby mama.”

Booth, who is best known for his time on “The Bachelorette,” was engaged to Bristowe, 38, from 2015 to 2018.
The following year, Bristowe moved on with fellow Bachelor Nation member Jason Tartick. The duo got engaged in 2021.
She and the banker revealed their breakup in an Instagram statement nearly one month after Booth announced he had a little one on the way.
“I have a huge fear of having kids,” Bristowe told her “Off the Vine” listeners at the time. “Each year that goes on, I get more and more terrified.”
She has yet to comment on Booth’s baby news.
