Big Brother fans were left baffled after Kerry had a dramatic meltdown during tonight’s episode.
The 40-year-old NHS manager broke down into tears and yelled in frustration as she vented to Hallie, 18, who attempted to comfort her.
“They’re on the wind-up!” Kerry repeated three times, letting out a scream before bursting into tears.
Hallie hugged her, as she continued: “I’m not crying because I’m upset, I’m crying because I’m angry.”
Kerry went on to voice her fears that she didn’t want to be “that person” by cracking too soon in the Big Brother house, as by that point the contestants had only been in for three full days.
Elsewhere in the episode, Kerry could be fuming that she couldn’t eat the food she wanted, complaining that she “hates peas” and insisting she would never eat tofu.
She also made reference to what appears to be an ongoing feud with fellow housemate Farida, 50.
“This is going to be a long six weeks if I’ve got to live with someone who literally at some times makes my blood boil,” she confessed later in the episode.
However, she concluded that while they were “really different people” she would try to “keep her mouth shut for the sake of the house”.
On X, the social media site formerly known as Twitter, Big Brother fans called out what some deemed to be “childish” behaviour from Kerry.
Dean wrote: “Kerry is truly starting to show awful, childish and pathetic behaviour towards Farida. Literally sat there singing let it go?! Just scoot somewhere else… jealousy I think.” (sic)
“Why is Kerry shouting in every episode now?!” added Philip, while Wando penned: “Kerry is so f***ing rude. Walk away from a conversation? Simple. 40 going on 14.
Sana commented: “Sana: LMAO why is Kerry going insane over vegetables? VEGETABLES???
“ Notice how she throwing a tantrum as soon as Farida got demoted to Bottom, she needs to relax.” (sic)
Tonight, it has been revealed that both Kerry and Farida have been nominated for eviction, with the public deciding who will be the first to go home.
