Helen Skelton and her ex-partner Richie Myler were informed of the end of their 10-year marriage at the end of December.
The Strictly Come Dancing star, 40, announced her split from the rugby ace, 33, in April 2022, when she confirmed he had left their family home.
Helen and Richie tied the knot in 2013 and share three children together.
A source told MailOnline: “Helen and Richie are legally divorced.
“Their marriage was declared over at the end of December, so finally both parties can move on and start the New Year afresh.”
At the time of their split, Helen sold their home and moved back in with her parents. She has since purchased a property nearby her loved ones.
In August, Helen announced that she had quit her BBC Radio 5 show to spend more time with her children.
Speaking about their split in her book, In My Stride, Helen wrote: “I was in shock. I know that following break-ups, people often say they didn’t see it coming and it sounds like a cliché, but that was me.”
She added in hindsight it may have been work, children, and their house renovation project could have “consumed her” and led her to miss “signs” of her marriage not working.
Helen added that she might have just “ignored” indications of the relationship failing.
She said: “I’m not all right about it but you know, needs must. The juggle is real. An eight-year-old with a sideline needs me.”
Former Blue Peter star Helen confirmed their breakup on Instagram, writing: “Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple.
“He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children.”
