The 2002 interview resurfaced several times for its disturbing nature. Stern attempted to weigh his guest, so he could win a bet.
“For some reason she doesn’t think she’s heavy. I would say she weighs 300 pounds at least,” Stern revealed to his co-host. “OK, let’s do this. The person who comes closest within five pounds of her weight…” Stern said.
Not only would Stern encourage Anna Nicole to step on a scale, but he also had some harsh things to say. “The way you dress, I don’t think you’re aware that you’re a heavy-set woman,” Stern said, to which she replied: “I know I’m a big woman, so what?”

Sadly, Smith passed away of an overdose shortly after in 2007. She was only 39.

As expected, fans were all over Howard Stern for his interview conduct alongside the late Anna Nicole Smith. Fans had a lot to say, and none of it was positive towards the shock jock.

Anna Nicole Smith Was A Completely Different Person When The Cameras Weren’t Rolling
Anna Nicole Smith’s real name was Vickie Lynn Marshall. According to her friends, when the cameras were off, she was still Vicki Lynn and very different to what the fans got to see.
Consultant Larry Birkhead spoke to ABC News about the other side of Anna Nicole Smith.
“When you talk about Anna Nicole and you talk about where she came from … you talk about the court battles,” he said. “In between, there were a lot of happy moments for her. There was a lot of highs before there was a lot of lows.”
“Any kinda camera, you just yelled out her name, ‘Anna Nicole.’ When she turned around, it was on the spot; you saw Anna Nicole.”
“The minute that camera left, it was a whole other person. She was back to Vickie Lynn,” he said. “I [am] very fortunate to have met and gotten to know Vickie Lynn… How she did it, I don’t know. But whatever she was doing, it was making everybody watch.”
Sadly, Anna Nicole Smith passed away in February of 2007 due to an accidental drug overdose. She left behind $1 million at the time of her tragic passing.
