Jeremy Kyle, 58, rules out having more children and hits back at claims he’s ‘too old’ to be dad as he welcomes his sixth child: ‘It’s no one else’s business’

Jeremy Kyle has ruled out having anymore children after welcoming his sixth child last Friday.

The TV star, 58, welcomed daughter Iris Rose Victoria Kyle with his wife Vicky, 40, last week, which is their second baby together.

Jeremy has now said having his sixth child as he nears 60 is his secret to staying young.

There are more than three decades between Jeremy’s newborn and his eldest daughter Harriet, who he had when he was just 24.

While speaking to The Sun, the presenter has rubbished claims that he is ‘too old’ to have a baby and insisted it is ‘no one else’s business’.

He said: ‘The world has definitely changed since I first became a dad. One thing never changes – no sleep, no money, no sex! And you know what they say when you’ve had one, the second one is always easier… so the sixth one will be a piece of cake.’

He joked: ‘And it’s another girl – another wedding to pay for. I’ll be working until I’m 80!’

Jeremy went on to reveal he is busy every weekend running his children to hockey and swimming classes which is what ‘keeps him young’.

He added: ‘Of course people say “oh come on you’re 58” but you’re as young as the people around you. I’ve got a young wife and I’ve got so many children now, I’ve probably got more than Boris Johnson.’

In 2012, Jeremy was diagnosed with testicular cancer and received chemotherapy. He later underwent surgery to remove the affected testicle.

Despite no plans to have anymore children, Jeremy went on to say he has ruled out having a vasectomy as it is ‘quite frightening’ the thought of having ‘anyone go near my nether regions’.

Jeremy revealed in September last year that he was to become a father for the sixth time as his wife Victoria was pregnant with their second child.

The broadcaster shared the news that he was set to welcome a daughter in the coming months, after he and Victoria welcomed their son Oliver, in 2020.

Speaking to The Sun, Jeremy said he and Victoria, who he married in 2021, were ‘over the moon’ to be welcoming another child early in 2024, adding his family would be ‘complete’.

As well as son Oliver, Jeremy is father to daughters Harriet, 33, Alice, 20, Ava, 18, and son Henry, 13, who he shares with ex-wife Carla Germaine.

Jeremy revealed Vicky suffered a devastating miscarriage last year soon after announcing they were expecting their baby, before she fell pregnant with Iris.

He said he and wife Victoria were on an ’emotional rollercoaster’ after she had the miscarriage in March.

The couple endured another miscarriage in 2019 before they went on to welcome their son Oliver.
