While Carpool Karaoke is The Late Late Show with James Corden’s lasting legacy, the show featured other recurring segments. One example of that is Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts, a segment in which Corden and his guests have to answer uncomfortable questions or consume something disgusting.

Spears’ episode of Carpool Karaoke became so infamous that she once was asked about it during an interview. “It was fun, it was really fun. The guy was just so incredibly sweet. I had no idea he has kids, he’s a teddy bear. The really humiliating question Kimmel asked came at the end of the segment and it was incredibly simple. All Kimmel asked Corden to do was name two of the cameramen working on his show to avoid consuming something gross.

From the second Kimmel asked that simple question, Corden looked humiliated. Covering his mouth as he laughs, Corden’s face notably turned red as he was considering what to do. Corden can then be seen looking around the studio at the camera operators. After half-heartedly trying to claim there is a different crew working, Corden consumed some of a fish smoothie.

Of course, Corden’s inability to name two of his camera operators made him look elitist among his own staff at the time. However, this moment looks even worse in retrospect.

In the years since this Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts segment was filmed, Corden has become much more controversial. One of the English host’s biggest scandals stemmed from Corden being banned from a restaurant for allegedly mistreating staff.
