Loose Women star secretly moved in with Sharon Osbourne – and it ‘nearly broke her’

Loose Women’s Jane Moore spent two weeks living with Sharon Osbourne in LA, as she helped pen her autobiography Unbreakable – but she says the experience almost broke her. Her comments came not long before the former X Factor judge completed her stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house, staying for just over half the length of time Jane had stayed with her.

Describing her as a “ball-breaking matriarch”, Jane joked that while the book had been titled Unbreakable, “living with Sharon nearly broke me”. She made the comments, which were intended playfully, during a night at London’s Fortune Theatre, where she hosted an in depth interview for the star’s Cut The C**p Tour.

Fans were on the edge of their seats, only to find that Jane moved swiftly on from the suggestion of being broken by Sharon, and instead discussed her problems with cheating husband Ozzy Osbourne. Jane quipped that the “end of the road” for his infidelity wouldn’t come until he reached “physical incapacity”, referring to the affair and groupies that the former Black Sabbath rocker, who now suffers from Parkinson’s Disease, has confessed to having.

Sharon revealed that she’d become accustomed to her husband’s wandering eye as during his touring days, he’d been intimate with “hundreds of groupies”. She added that she turned a blind eye to the one-night-stands as she knew her husband was unlikely to see them again while moving swiftly from city to city, meaning there’d be “no emotional involvement”.

She added: “A groupie just gives a b***job and then you never see them again, whereas [with] an affair, you’re emotionally invested.” Unfortunately, Ozzy also infamously admitted to a four-year affair, with hairdresser Michelle Pugh – and Sharon was so devastated that, much to the fury of her children, she even attempted suicide.

To gasps of shock from the audience, she went on to say that her husband “feels no guilt” over his cheating as he’s “not doing it now”.

Referring to the terrifying suicide ordeal, Sharon continued: “Jack sent me away to a mental health clinic in Arizona.

“He was very angry and the girls [daughters Kelly and Aimee] were so angry with me [too] for trying to end my life.”

Although fans of the famous family will be very familiar with lilac-haired Kelly, who recently welcomed her first child, and her brother Jack, Sharon’s eldest daughter is scarcely seen.

Explaining why Aimee lives a shielded life away from the spotlight, Sharon explained that the idea of growing up “on camera” drove her “insane”.

As the world’s first celebrity reality TV show, The Osbournes, was launched back in 2002, Aimee moved out of the family home altogether, at the age of just 16.

“Aimee doesn’t like the life we lead. It’s not her,’ she revealed to the Sunday Times.

Despite her more shy and retiring eldest girl shying away from the spotlight, that’s clearly not an ambition of Sharon’s, whose outspoken appearance on CBB earnt her scores of headlines over the past week.

She’ll now return home to care for her ailing husband Ozzy, whom she says has been impatient to see her again, and was greeted by daughter Kelly on her show exit last night, which took place alongside rapturous fan applause.
