Lucifer actor Tom Ellis and his wife Meaghan Oppenheimer have welcomed their first child together.
Tom, 44, and Meaghan, 37, shared photos on their Instagram accounts of their baby daughter who was born earlier this week.
Meaghan told her 402,000 Instagram followers: “Our daughter Dolly Ellis-Oppenheimer was born on November 8th and within five hours of being alive, she single-handedly ended the SAG strike.
“We love her. Huge thank you to our amazing surrogate.”
The former child star and Hollywood screenwriter shared a snap of her newborn daughter swaddled in a blanket.

Another image saw Tom cradling the tiny infant over one shoulder in the hospital.
Many rushed to comment underneath the touching post with Tom’s Lucifer co-star and Suits actress Rachael Harris posting: “oh my heart… I am beyond over the moon happy for your entire family loves [sic].”
Lucifer’s co-showrunner and writer Ildy Modrovich posted: “Ahhhhhhh!!!! So so happy for all three of you!!!! [sic]”
While Underworld director Len Wiseman simply shared an image of a heart.
Another Lucifer actress Lindsey Gort commented: “what a powerhouse! congratulations!!”
Author Carola Lovering posted: “Congratulations!! She’s a beauty.”
This is Tom’s fourth daughter with the star sharing two children with his ex-wife and fellow actress Tamzin Outhwaite as well as another from a previous relationship.
Tom and Tamzin, 53, were married between 2006 and 2013 before going their separate ways and he previously spoke about how the family was moving forward.
Meaghan and Tom have been married since 2019 and she is stepmother to his three daughters.
He previously paid tribute to his wife Meaghan in a post on Instagram back in June embracing her and another one of just the screenwriter.
Tom wrote alongside the snaps: “Happy wedding anniversary to my gorgeous wife @moppyoppenheimer.
“You lift me up on a daily basis so I’m training to do the same to you. I love you my baby.”
