Mark Wright’s fans have come to his rescue after the start of his new clothing line didn’t go as planned. The TV star, who is 37 and married to famous actress Michelle Keegan, was at the Trafford Centre in Manchester to show off his new sportswear brand called Aytee7.

They set up a special shop near Selfridges to show off his clothes. There were pictures of him and Michelle for people walking by to see.

Mark, known from ‘The Only Way Is Essex’, chatted with the staff while waiting for more fans to come. They were ready for lots of people with security and lines to wait in.

When people heard that not many folks came at first, they sent Mark lots of kind messages on social media. One fan said: “I sympathise with him. I wouldn’t want that to happen to anyone launching a new business.”

Some of his true fans said it wasn’t because he doesn’t have enough fans but maybe his marketing team didn’t do a great job. Someone else wrote: “I’d blame promoting team, I did see this anywhere on social media, hopefully onwards and upwards and good luck xx”, reports the Mirror.

One person said: “Haven’t seen him coming out with his own line…definitely his marketing team’s fault! ” Another wrote: “Well I wish him a lot of luck it will work out give it time.”

Someone else shared: “He is a lovely guy. Bless him for the future.”

Mark was seen at the Trafford Centre wearing a black T-shirt from his brand to promote it. Mark and Michelle, who got married in 2015, have been showing off their sportswear online to get people excited about their new clothes.

On Instagram, Mark posted pictures and said: “We are so proud of #ourbrand @aytee7 we have chosen every material and style with our personal taste, keeping at the forefront of our mind how YOU will feel most comfortable when working out. The whole range has 20 per cent off all products at www.aytee7.com until Sunday!! Be fast.”

He also added a flame emoji. After he shared his post, fans praised the brand with one saying: “Looks great guys.”

Another positive social media user commented: “Unreal clobber.”

But some fans thought the clothes were too pricey. One wrote: “Just looked and far too expensive £59 for a pair of leggings.”

Some even joked they wouldn’t look good in the gear, with one fan teasing: “Will I look like Michelle if I wear it though?”

Mark loves keeping fit and used to play football for West Ham United’s youth team.

Express.co.uk has asked Mark’s representatives for their thoughts.
