Matthew Perry Reportedly Died Of Drowning At His Home
According to early reports, Matthew Perry passed away at his home in the Los Angeles area on the evening of October 28th. His cause of death was said to be due to drowning; first responders were responding to a call for cardiac arrest.
It’s stated that Matthew was found in the jacuzzi on his property, but as TMZ noted, the exact location was unknown. Details were limited upon the first report, but TMZ suggested there was no foul play involved and that there were no drugs found on site.

The caption read, “Do you understand what I’m trying to tell you? – I’m Mattman.”
Another post was a pumpkin with the Batman symbol carved in it, where Matthew again wrote, “Do you know what I mean?” Perry even joked that one day, all he had to eat was [what appeared to be] three grapes, another hint fans took to mean that he was on a diet to get in fighting shape for a Batman gig.
Two posts also told fans to “sleep well” because Matthew had “got the city tonight.”
