The duo’s outing came on November 11, as they gathered with a variety of famous faces to celebrate Leo’s 49th birthday.

Chris Used To Date Olivia’s Close Friend
Though Olivia and Chris were seen leaving together, reports since then claim the pair are “just friends.” They got close after Chris dated one of Olivia’s close friends from 2016 to 2020.
“Chris and the woman broke up, but Olivia’s group of friends kept him as a friend,” a source told Radar Online.
However, never say never. A different source told In Touch Weekly that there’s potential for more to blossom, though Chris and Olivia’s friendship remains platonic for now.
“They happen to be good friends,” a source exclusively tells In Touch, “Although maybe things have progressed to the point where they’re an item, you never know. They are both single.”

Chris and Olivia both had high-profile splits in recent years, with Olivia’s break-up from Jason Sudeikis publicly announced in 2020, before she dated Harry Styles for a little over a year. Olivia and Jason feuded publicly for some time, though the exes seem on better terms now after settling custody of their two kids earlier this year.
However, Chris Rock shares an ex with Jason Sudeikis – actress Lake Bell. While Chris and Lake were briefly connected in 2022, the How I Met Your Mother star was spotted spending time with Jason at a concert earlier this month. Despite the sighting, source say that the two are remaining casual for now.
“But they’re just friends,” the insider said. “Jason is still devastated over losing Olivia and isn’t in a rush to date someone new.”

Jason and Olivia were together for 9 years before ending their engagement. Chris was also in a long-term relationship – he was married to Malaak Compton-Rock from 1998 to 2016. Chris has been candid about how his infidelities contributed to their divorce.
“That actually goes the other way,” he said in 2017. “My faults are magnified. Your significant other, if they really love you, has a high opinion of you. And you let them down.”
“It’s not fair,” Chris continued, explaining why he rarely talks about his family publicly. “I have a mic, she doesn’t. God forbid people are bugging her in the supermarket. That’s not cool. I’m going to have to see her at weddings and graduations.”
As for how to “start over” after divorce, Chris added, “I asked myself, ‘Do I want to be angry for a year?’ It’s not a cool place to be. It’s not healthy. You get to reset. It’s not a breakdown, but something in your life broke down.”
For now, Olivia and Chris haven’t responded to the speculation over whether they’re dating or not.
