Kailyn Lowry’s kids want her to stop at seven.
After the pregnant “Teen Mom 2” alum revealed the sex of her twin babies in a Wednesday Instagram video, her eldest son, Isaac, announced that she “should stop having kids”.
The 13-year-old, whom Lowry shares with ex Jo Rivera, explained, “There are gonna be more boys and more and more.”
Prior to the blue smoke cannon going off, Isaac shared his hopes that both of his future siblings would be girls.
As for Lowry’s other sons, Lux, 6, predicted “a boy and a girl,” while Lincoln, 9, and Creed, 3, were anticipating two more boys. (Rio, 11 months, only briefly appeared in the footage).
However, Lincoln later admitted that he “wanted them to be girls,” adding, “I already have too much brothers.”
Lux, for his part, said he was “pretty nervous” to add more boys to the brood — but Creed felt “happy.”
Lowry, who was “pumped to tell the kids” the news after finding out the sex herself via email, announced on an October “Barely Famous” podcast episode that she was pregnant with twins.
On Monday, she posted a video of the moment she found out the little ones’ sex — “they’re boys” — but hinted that the news would change down the line.
“In typical Kail + the Chaos fashion, we have to break this into a 3-part mini-series,” she wrote in the caption. “You’ll fully understand after part 3. Wish me luck.”
Similarly, she noted on Wednesday that one of her blue smoke cannons not going off was “foreshadowing of the future chaos.”
While the “16 and Pregnant” alum has yet to explain the cryptic comments, her Instagram followers shared their guesses.

“I just knew one of them was gonna be a girl lol,” one fan wrote, which another “happy” social media user echoed.
Lowry became a mom in 2010 when Isaac arrived. She went on to welcome Lincoln with Javi Marroquin in 2013, followed by Creed and Lux in 2017 and 2020, respectively, with Chris Lopez.
Her and boyfriend Elijah Scott’s first baby together, son Rio, was born in November 2022 — but only made his debut last month.
Isaac has previously urged his mom to stop expanding their family, telling her to “use a condom before [she] end[s] up with another kid” in a Post-It note when he stumbled upon her sex toys in May.
