Strictly Come Dancing professional Giovanni Pernice has confirmed his relationship with new girlfriend Molly Brown in a sweet Instagram post. The duo shared their love for one another as stunning model Molly unveiled their first photo as a couple, in view of her 5,637 followers.
She captioned the cosy snap: “Amore Mio,” which means “My Love” in Italian, Giovanni’s first language. The dancer was quick to comment on Molly’s post, also replying with a sweet “Amore mio,” alongside a love heart emoji.
In the photo, Giovanni, 33, and Molly, 24, appeared to be enjoying a date night at a restaurant, with the pair matching each other by wearing black jackets. They cuddled for the camera while fellow diners could be seen in the background of the busy venue.
Giovanni then took to his own Instagram Stories to re-share the photo, tagging his girlfriend before adding even more romantic emojis. It comes after the dancer reportedly split from his Strictly co-star Jowita Przystal.
He has been single for almost a year after parting ways with the Strictly champ, who won the show with Countryfile’s Hamza Yassin in 2022. Giovanni sparked romance rumours with Molly earlier this month, with a source claming the pair were in the “very early days” of dating.
“Giovanni and Molly met a few weeks ago, and though it is very early days, things seem to be going well between them,” a source told The Mirror at the time.
“He has been keeping things quiet because he didn’t want too much pressure on them as they’re getting to know each other.”
They added: “But the signs so far seem to be positive and he has let a few of his friends in on the secret. It’s very much a case of watch this space.”
