Victoria Worries How She’ll Explain David’s Alleged Affair To Their Daughter
Speaking to Heat Magazine, a source claims that Victoria was initially resistant to talk about David’s alleged infidelities, for fear of how it would impact their family (including reputation). “Vic didn’t want the scandal dragged up again, it’s obviously not something she’s happy talking about – it was a battle to get her on board,” they explained.
The source said the former Spice Girl was especially nervous during the documentary’s premiere, which she attended with David plus their four children, as she was nervous about her kids’ reaction to the affair allegations.
“She was really nervous on the red carpet, because she knows that the affair scandal is the big headline and that bothers her,” the insider went on. “She feels that it reduces them as a couple to being defined by this moment in time. It’s also dragging a lot of those old feelings back up.”
“Vic didn’t particularly want Harper or the boys, or even her parents, to see her talking about it. It was a difficult conversation to have with them,” they explained.
“The boys already knew about it, but for Harper, this is something very upsetting – she idolises her parents and has had a lot of questions,” the source added.
David’s Alleged Mistress Has Responded To The Netflix Documentary
Although David and Victoria’s children haven’t said anything in response to the stir around the new documentary, there is one important person who spoke up – David’s alleged mistress, Rebecca Loos.
The cheating allegations first emerged in 2004 when Rebecca took her story to the media. She claimed that their liaison occurred during his temporary move to Spain to join Madrid’s football team, all while Victoria and their young sons remained in the UK.
Rebecca implied the affair carried out for months, but she called David out for his alleged poor treatment of her.
