Adam Driver is gushing over his baby girl, whom the actor and his wife secretly welcomed earlier this year.
“She’s 8 months [old], and you kind of forget how much babies kinda suck,” Driver joked during an appearance on “Live with Kelly and Mark” Wednesday.
However, he said his daughter “likes [him] more” than his 6-year-old son did.
“He didn’t want anything to do with me for the first three years,” quipped the “Star Wars” star, who shares both children with Joanne Tucker.
Co-host Mark Consuelos asked Driver, 40, whether he was getting any sleep with an infant at home.
“Not a lot, not a lot, not a lot,” he admitted, going on to add that he’s “remembering this time” to savor every moment.
“The first time, it went too fast. I was so anxious for [my son] to kind of develop so he could communicate and tell me what was wrong,” Driver explained. “And now, I’m more patient with [my daughter]. I’m trying to enjoy it more.”
As Page Six exclusively revealed, the actor announced the arrival of the couple’s second kid during a “Saturday Night Live” dress rehearsal earlier this month.
“Last year, I asked for a baby girl, and I got it, which is exhausting,” Driver said during his practice opening monologue ahead of his fourth time hosting the sketch comedy show. “So this year, I wish for Ambien!”
Page Six broke the news in February that the “House of Gucci” star and Tucker, 41, were expecting a bundle of joy.
At the time, we obtained exclusive photos of the elusive pair unloading their car in front of their New York City apartment following a grocery run.
Not only was the “Report” actress seen sporting an obvious baby bump, but she and her husband were also caught carrying a baby reclined bather among their shopping bags.
Driver and Tucker are notoriously private celebrities. In fact, Page Six was the first to report in November 2018 that their baby boy had quietly joined their family two years prior.
As for their relationship, the duo met at The Juilliard School in the early 2000s and married in a secret destination wedding in June 2013.
