Moms on social media are poking fun at influencer Alix Earle after she joked about wearing heels to pick up her future kids from school.
The “Hot Mess” podcast host, 22, shared a clip of herself getting dressed for the Miami Dolphins game Sunday, throwing on a pair of mini shorts and white pumps.
“I feel like a mom picking up her kids from school,” she declared, while rocking an orange bodysuit, an aqua cap and a tiny Jimmy Choo purse.
“I don’t know why a mom would be dressed like this to pick her kids up from school, but thats what I’m gonna be dressed like,” she went on.
Dozens of parents shared their own videos in response to the clip, highlighting the very casual outfits they were wearing for the school pickup.
“That is EXACTLY what I look like. Nailed it,” one mother, whose username is @the_hotmess_supermom, captioned a clip of herself wearing gray sweatpants, a black tee and a blue jacket.
“I thought I’d look like that too when I picked up my kids from school. However I look like Adam Sandler,” another parent joked.
A third person chimed in, “The picking up her kids from school sent me bc I drop off in my morning sweatshirt and pick up in my afternoon sweatshirt lol.”
Another mom wrote, “Thank you for giving us moms so much credit haha but we barely wear proper clothes much less any sort of heels 😂😅😅😅.”
One fan suggested she looked like a “stepmom picking the kids up😂” while another person joked, “Yeah I thought I’d be dressed like that as a mom too. Then I became a mom 🥸.”
Although Earle hasn’t publicly discussed her future family plans, she has been romantically linked to Dolphins player, Braxton Berrios.
The wide receiver, 28, who is affectionately referred to as “NFL man” by Earle’s followers, was first linked to the social media star after his split from Olivia Culpo.
Although the pair have never confirmed whether they’re dating exclusively, they packed on the PDA in a steamy snap on his birthday earlier this month.
“hbd nfl man,” the TikToker captioned the post, which showed her rocking a black and white bikini while Berrios lifted her up and gave her a passionate kiss.
The two were first linked in May, which caused social media users to question the timeline of their romance in relation to his split from Culpo, 26.
Earle emphatically denied there was any overlap during an interview on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast with Alex Cooper last month.
“Were you hooking up with him when he was in a relationship?” Cooper asked Earle.
“It is so triggering to even hear you say that,” she responded. “No. They were not together.”
She added, “We have probably been over this 110 times because I was like, ‘If you did that to a person, obviously, of course, you’ll probably do that to me too.’”
The NFL player has also vehemently denied the accusations.
