Arnold Schwarzenegger sparked engagement rumors after his longtime girlfriend, Heather Milligan, was spotted wearing a massive ring on her left hand.
Milligan, 48, stepped out with the sparkler as she and Schwarzenegger, 76, exited the private members-only club Annabel’s in London on Tuesday night.
While the actor’s rep did not immediately respond to Page SIx’s request for comment, sources told TMZ on Friday that the couple are not engaged.
Schwarzenegger was dressed to impress in a black blazer layered over a T-shirt and jeans, while the physical therapist rocked a crystal-encrusted bolero, black slacks and nude pumps.
The pair are in the UK to promote the “Terminator” star’s new self-help book, “Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life.”
Schwarzenegger has been dating Milligan since 2013 following his separation from his ex-wife, Maria Shriver, two years prior.
They met in 2012 after the former bodybuilder needed shoulder surgery as he prepared for his film “Escape Plan.”
“I said, ‘I got to go do this movie, and I bring a lot of punches and I have fights with Sly and I want to have my act together,’ ” he recalled to People in September of a conversation he had with his surgeon.
“And so he says, ‘There’s only one [person], it’s Heather — any athlete, I always send them to her, because she’s the only one that really knows what they’re talking about.’ So I went to her, and then after my therapy was finished, after I was finished with the movie, I called her back and took her out for lunch to say thank you. And then one thing led to the next.”
Schwarzenegger shared that he has “so many things in common” with Milligan.
“I think the world of her,” he gushed. “I love that she’s into working. She’s clearly independent. She just is driven as hell.”
Milligan, who owns the Los Angeles-based clinic Elite OrthoSport, was a competitive gymnast for 20 years before becoming a physical therapist.
Schwarzenegger finalized his divorce from Shriver in 2021 — 10 years after she filed to end their marriage due to him fathering son Joseph Baena, now 26, with their longtime housekeeper Mildred Patricia Baena.
“[The divorce] was very, very difficult in the beginning,” he told the Hollywood Reporter in May, adding that while he still has love for Shriver, “Eventually, you move on.
“I have a wonderful girlfriend, Heather Milligan, who is very successful. I’m really proud of her, and I love her,” he added.
Schwarzenegger and Shriver, 67, share four children together — Katherine, 33, Christina, 32, Patrick, 30, and Christopher, 26 — and the exes have maintained an amicable relationship.
“She and I are really good friends and very close, and we are very proud of the way we raised our kids,” he told the Hollywood Reporter.
“If there’s Oscars for how to handle divorce, Maria and I should get it for having the least amount of impact on the kids,” he added. “The sweetness and kindness you see in them, that’s from my wife. The discipline and work ethic is from me.”
