Bijou Phillips seen wearing wedding band after filing for divorce from Danny Masterson

Bijou Phillips is holding on to a little piece of her marriage with Danny Masterson despite filing for divorce this week.

The “Raising Hope” actress, 43, was photographed walking out of a real estate office in Los Olivos, Calif., Tuesday afternoon while still wearing her wedding band.

It is unknown whether she is seeking to buy or sell a home amid her split from Masterson, with whom she shares a 9-year-old daughter, Fianna Francis.

Phillips wore a green top, a denim skirt and carrying a tan tote bag during the outing.

She also appeared makeup-free with her curly locks flowing in the wind.

It is unclear why the former model decided to still wear her matrimonial bling out in public despite the court filing, in which she cited “irreconcilable differences.”

However, Phillips and Masterson are still legally married, as their divorce has not yet been finalized.

There have also been rumblings that the mother of one did not actually want to split from her husband of nearly 12 years but perhaps felt pressured to do so after he was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for rape.

“She has had a very difficult time since the conviction,” a source told People last week before claiming, “She loves Danny and has no plans to file for divorce. She will be by his side for it all.”

Up until Monday, when Phillips filed for the dissolution of their marriage, she presented a very united front with Masterson throughout all of his legal issues.

She was often photographed by his side when they walked in and out of the courtroom together.

Even after the “That ’70s Show” alum was found guilty in May of raping two women, the actress reportedly still believed that he was innocent.

“Danny is adamant he did nothing wrong and Bijou believes him,” an insider told the Daily Mail on Sept. 8.

Phillips was reportedly more concerned about her then-husband’s well-being inside of prison and whether someone would try to cause harm to him.

“It is a nightmare, but she will be on his side moving forward and continue to be present for their daughter,” the source claimed.

Phillips’ loyalty went so far as for her to write a character letter to the judge ahead of Masterson’s sentencing, calling him a “life-saving partner” in order to try and get him less prison time.

“We need him more than you can imagine,” the former New York City socialite, said referring to herself and her daughter.

“I know he has been convicted of serious crimes, but the man I married has only been an extraordinary husband to me and a devoted father to our daughter.”

Phillips and Masterson wed at a private castle in Ireland in October 2011 after dating for seven years.

Although the “Bully” actress has since filed to end her marriage, the estranged couple’s formal date of separation remains unclear given that she wrote “TBD” in court papers, which means to be determined.

Phillips’ attorney did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
