Bobbi Althoff’s husband, Cory Althoff, has filed for divorce from the podcaster — months after she was forced to shut down rumors she hooked up with Drake.
According to the dissolution of marriage, obtained Wednesday by Page Six, Cory cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
The pair, who live in Los Angeles, tied the knot in January 2020 and went on to welcome two daughters: a 3-year-old named Luca and a 1-year-old named Isla.
Cory is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the kids.
Interestingly, the tech executive listed the date of separation as July 4, 2023 — the same month Drake was a guest on Bobbi’s “The Really Good Podcast.”
The following month, she addressed speculation that she and the rapper had a romantic fling that led to a falling out.
At the time, the media personality — known for her incredibly awkward and dry celebrity interviews — took to her Instagram Story to share “an uncensored DM” exchange she’d had with Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy.
“My girlfriend says you hooked up with Drake and got divorced. I am saying that is not true,” Portnoy’s message read.
Bobbi replied, “I am not commenting publicly but off the record, you’re right that is not true.”
She added atop the screenshot, “I did not want to do this podcast in the first place, and now so much negativity is coming from it.”
Bobbi, 26, vowed to “leave it alone after this” without elaborating on gossip that she and the rapper, 37, were feuding.

During the on-camera conversation in question — which was conducted in a hotel bed after she dropped everything to fly to Memphis to accommodate Drake’s tour schedule, causing her to miss her youngest child’s 1st birthday — a seemingly disinterested Bobbi hit the Grammy winner with a multitude of deadpan questions.
She then posted an Instagram Reel showing her having a miserable time at one of his concerts, making sure to keep her persona consistent.
However, shortly after, Bobbi scrubbed the Drake interview from all platforms and even unfollowed the musician, who made sure to return the favor.
Drake never publicly addressed the situation.
Then earlier this week, he began trending on X after a video appearing to show him lying in bed while playing with his genitals leaked online.
The “God’s Plan” hitmaker apparently laughed off the intimate footage, which was seemingly meant for someone specific, when asked about it by popular streamer Adin Ross.
Reps for Bobbi and Drake did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
