Britney Spears revealed she once made out with Ben Affleck “years ago.”
The “Toxic” songstress recalled the hookup as she took to Instagram Wednesday to share a black-and-white snap of herself posing alongside the “Gone Girl” star and songwriter Diane Warren in 1999.
“Cool pic of me and Ben Affleck and Diane Warren years ago 😂😂 !!!” she wrote.
“He’s such an amazing actor. Did I fail to mention I made out with Ben that night … I honestly forgot … damn that’s crazy!!!”
The singer continued, “Wish I could tell you guys the story that happened before that !!! Oh dear, I’m just being a gossip girl 🤓😏 !!! Psss I actually forgot 😏😉😂😂😂 !!”
Reps for Affleck did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Spears’ brief fling with Affleck, 51, may have played out before the Princess of Pop started dating Justin Timberlake that same year.

The “Gimme More” songstress, 42, and the *NSYNC member, 43, sparked romance rumors in the spring of 1999, despite Spears telling Rolling Stone at the time that she had “no feelings at all” for Timberlake and was solely focused on her career.
However, several news outlets later confirmed their relationship.
The two parted ways in 2003 following accusations of infidelity on both sides and an abortion, which Spears detailed in her 2023 memoir, “The Woman in Me.”
The “Circus” hitmaker later found love with Kevin Federline — whom she was married to from 2004 to 2007 — and they welcomed two sons together.
She went on to wed Sam Asghari in June 2022. However, he filed for divorce a little over a year later.
As for Affleck, he was dating Gwyneth Paltrow on and off between 1997 to 2000 at the time of his alleged hookup with Spears.
The Goop founder, 51, reflected on her three-year relationship with Affleck during a 2015 interview with Howard Stern, admitting that “he was not in a good place in his life to have a girlfriend.”
After his breakup from Paltrow, the “Argo” star was publicly single for two years before moving on with his now-wife, Jennifer Lopez.
The couple — nicknamed “Bennifer” — started dating in 2002 and were set to wed in Santa Barbara, Calif., in 2003.
However, they postponed their wedding due to the “excessive media attention” surrounding their big day before eventually calling it quits in 2004, per People.
Affleck and Lopez, 54, found their way back to each other in 2021 and tied the knot in July 2022.
