Britney Spears models floral dress for first magazine cover shoot in five years

It’s Britney, bitch.

Britney Spears stars on the Oct. 30 cover of People, marking her first magazine cover shoot in half a decade.

The “Woman In Me” author, 41, selected a ruffly floral-print Anthropologie dress for her shoot, which took place on the beach in Tahiti, and struck a playful pose with her arms raised above her head.

She wears one of her signature black chokers in the pic, piling her blond hair on top of her head and sporting winged black eyeliner.

Along with the floral frock, an inset featuring a topless photo of Spears on the same Tahitian beach is featured on the cover, which People Editor-in-Chief Wendy Naugle said was “proposed” by the “Baby One More Time” singer.

Spears shared an excerpt from her new memoir with People.

In the second pic, the pop princess wears her hair long and loose, covering her breasts with her hands as she beams at the camera.

Spears opened up to People about “The Woman In Me,” out Oct. 24, with the mag publishing an excerpt from the book along with an accompanying interview.

“Over the past 15 years or even at the start of my career, I sat back while people spoke about me and told my story for me,” she told the publication. “After getting out of my conservatorship, I was finally free to tell my story without consequences from the people in charge of my life.”

Spears revealed that she’s “a simple girl” at heart, listing “travel,” spending time with her pets and “watching episodes of ‘Friends’ and belly laughing” as some of her favorite pastimes.

In one of the sections of her book, the Grammy winner reveals why she shaved her head in 2007, writing, “I’d been eyeballed so much growing up. I’d been looked up and down, had people telling me what they thought of my body, since I was a teenager. Shaving my head and acting out were my ways of pushing back.”

At the end of the day, she said writing the memoir felt freeing, especially when so many rumors have been circulating about her life.

“It is finally time for me to raise my voice and speak out, and my fans deserve to hear it directly from me,” she said. “No more conspiracy, no more lies — just me owning my past, present and future.”
