Sharing clothes never goes out of style.
Over the weekend, Brittany Mahomes was spotted in the same crystal-embellished Area minidress ($1,595) her BFF Taylor Swift wore on the cover of Time last year.
The former soccer pro wore the charcoal gray design while out on the town in Mexico for her friend’s bachelorette party.
“Had the BEST time celebrating the most amazing human ever!” Mahomes captioned a photo of herself alongside the bride-to-be — who, of course, wore all white — on her Instagram Story Sunday.
“Mal you are so loved!” she added.
The 28-year-old wore her hair up in a braided bun and matched her makeup to her outfit with a gray smoky eye.
She paired the eye-catching dress with chunky hoop earrings, several silver bracelets and pointy-toes metallic stilettos.
One fan on X (formerly Twitter) was quick to point out that Mahomes seemingly drew inspiration from Swift, with whom she has grown close over the past year amid the singer’s romance with Travis Kelce, who plays for the Kansas City Chiefs alongside Patrick Mahomes.
“Just some besties sharing/wearing the same clothes,” the Swiftie wrote alongside a side-by-side comparison of the two women wearing the same pointy-cupped design.

The “Cruel Summer” singer wore a subtly smoky eye on the cover of the magazine, along with her signature red lipstick.
The 14-time Grammy winner accessorized with a few of her own delicate diamond earrings, including a Jacquie Aiche chained double stud ($2,250) and mini hoop ($2,690) along with a pear-shaped Maria Tash stud ($4,400).
While it’s likely Swift simply modeled the Area dress for her shoot while Mahomes may have purchased it for herself, the quarterback’s wife pulled out all the sartorial stops during her fun-filled girls weekend.
Along with the pricey dress, Mahomes also packed a Louisa Ballou cutout one-piece ($380), which she wore during a boat excursion on Friday.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit modelshowed some skin in the black swimsuit as she soaked up the sun in the Tulum heat.
The cheeky bathing suit featured a halter neck and gold ring detail at the bustline and hip, showing off the fitness trainer’s fit physique.
After taking some photos in the bold style, Mahomes popped on a knit cover-up with a high slit up one leg.
The vacation was likely much needed for the WAG, who had a busy couple of weeks celebrating her husband’s Super Bowl win and daughter Sterling Skye’s 3rd birthday.
