Page Six obtained exclusive photos of Dean McDermott and his new girlfriend, Lily Calo, stepping out for a seemingly romantic outing with another couple on Tuesday afternoon in Los Angeles.
McDermott, 56, sported an all-black ensemble, pairing a Led Zeppelin T-shirt with jeans, a silver hip chain, a belt, sunglasses and cowboy boots.
Meanwhile, Calo opted for a dark green letterman-style jacket with white accents, cropped blue jeans and matching green sandals.
McDermott and the unidentified male walked together behind Calo and the mystery woman, who talked and laughed as they made their way down the sidewalk.
Before heading their separate ways, Calo and the lady shared a hug.
This marks the second time McDermott and his beau have been seen out and about together.
The pair was first spotted by paparazzi last week as they made their way into the Department of Social Services in LA while holding hands.

The actor carried a large stack of white envelopes as the brunette beauty snuggled up to her main squeeze and looked over the paperwork.
Though they waited outside the government office for about 40 minutes, they appeared to be in great spirits while chatting it up with the people around them.
Eventually, the duo made their way inside, where they spent 15 minutes before exiting the facility.
It’s unclear how long the two have been dating, but they seemingly met while working on a project at Conscious Community Global, a health and human services company where Calo serves as a senior account executive.
The former “Chopped Canada” host — who announced his split from his wife of 17 years, Tori Spelling in June — has reportedly been living with four roommates in a five-bedroom rental home in the San Fernando Valley.
Despite their breakup, McDermott’s Instagram bio still refers to the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum as “the love of [his] life.”
Meanwhile, Spelling and the estranged couple’s five children spent weeks living in a $100-a-night motel after learning that their rental home was infested with “extreme” mold.
The actress, 50, and her kids have since been staying in an RV, which reportedly “mortifie[s]” McDermott.
