Denise Austin, 66, shows toned abs in same pink bikini she wore in the ’90s

This Barbie has still got it.

Denise Austin, 66, showed off her incredible figure in an Instagram post on August 4, with the fitness pro showing “age is just a number” as she wore the same pink Barbiecore bikini she sported during her 1990s workout show.

#FlashbackFriday!!! Then and Now!!!!!” she captioned the side-by-side photos of herself wearing a bright pink two-piece swimsuit while exercising on a beach.

“It’s so much FUN to re-live these amazing moments filming my TV show from 30 years ago .. and Now to wear the exact same outfit that I saved!!!!” the workout aficionado added.

In the original snap, Austin, who was in her thirties at the time, kicks one leg behind her as she wears slouchy white socks and sneakers in a scene from her “Getting Fit with Denise Austin” show.

She sports the exact same swimsuit in the current-day photo (and the same exercise move) but styles her hair in loose, beachy waves instead of the updo she wore in the ’90s.

In her caption, the “Denise’s Daily Dozen” author said that her retro workout ‘fits gave her a great perspective when it came to getting older.

“They not only bring back wonderful memories but they’re a good reminder that when it comes to life….age is just a number!!!” she wrote. “I feel as confident as ever and I’m so happy I kept this set from my days of filming my TV show..it’s one of my favorites!!! And very Barbie like!!!!”

Fans agreed, like one who wrote, “You are more Barbie than Barbie Denise! Always strong, inspiring and determined to keep us all healthy and happy!”

“Oh, you are NOTHING like Barbie! Soooo much better!” another added.

This isn’t the first throwback bathing suit moment that the fitness expert has rocked in 2023.

In May, Austin modeled a bright pink one-piece with white trim that she wore in the ’90s, writing on Instagram, “I still feel as confident and fit as ever and love that I have this suit to remind me how far I’ve come!! Longevity baby!!!”

Whatever she’s doing, it’s clearly working.
