Dua Lipa and Seth Meyers took their bond to a new level on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on Tuesday, with the duo getting matching tattoos in a hilarious segment after doing shots from a “Barbie Dreamhouse shot luge.”
While the “Dance the Night” singer, 28, might be covered in a variety of designs, Meyers, 50, was tattoo-free until celeb ink artist Keith “Bang Bang” McCurdy showed up on set.
The pair — who had agreed to get inked together on a December “Day Drinking” episode of the show — kicked things off by taking turns drinking tequila poured down a pink Dreamhouse slide in honor of Lipa’s song and cameo in the “Barbie” movie.
“I’ve never gotten a tattoo before, so we’re just going to do a solitary dot,” the “Late Night” host said.
“Well, I think we should … ” Lipa, who wore a black sweater featuring a wide crystal-covered collar, interjected. “Maybe a little star.”
Meyers didn’t seem into the idea at first, asking the pop star if she was “pulling a fast one,” but ultimately downed another shot before agreeing to the celestial design.
When asked by the TV personality if she had any ink on her body, the “Physical” singer had to take a moment to think about the number, revealing she had, “like, 20?” tattoos.
“I’m very excited. We’re going to be like, bonded for life,” Lipa said after seeing the initial sketch, putting her red heeled-foot up on the table to get the miniature star inked on the side of her heel.
As for Meyers, he chose a spot on his lower leg, telling Bang Bang — who has tattooed the likes of Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber and Rihanna — “I want to kind of forget I have it.”
The tattoo artist offered to have the “Cold Heart” singer do the design herself, but the comedian opted for the professional route, saying with a laugh, “I do not trust Dua at all.”
“It’s really funny to have made it this long in my life not getting a tattoo. I really have to cheers you again, my friend” he said after taking yet another shot while the star was inked on his leg.
Lipa’s new ink comes after a glam evening at the Golden Globes on Sunday.

The “Levitating” singer’s “Barbie” hit, “Dance the Night,” was nominated for Best Original Song, and although she lost to one of the movie’s other nominees, Billie Eilish, Lipa looked incredible in a black Schiaparelli gown accented with tiny gold bones.
However, her dramatic dress proved to be a bit of a problem when it came to sitting down, with the singer posting a self-deprecating video of herself struggling to sit in the form-fitting mermaid style.
Perhaps she can show off her new ink during her next red carpet appearance.
