Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson fans roast new wax figure: Looks ‘more like’ Vin Diesel

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s fans are roasting the actor’s new wax figure at the Grévin Museum in Paris.

After photos were unveiled on Instagram this week, followers voiced their concerns, calling the figure “embarrassing” and “not one of [the museum’s] best.”

Some people even said Johnson’s wax likeness looks “more like” his frenemy Vin Diesel.

“Dwayne Vin Diesel Johnson,” one fan joked, while another wrote, “That’s Vin ‘The Rock’ Diesel.”

Others accused the museum of whitewashing the “Jumanji” star, who is half black and half Samoan.

“Why’s he white? And when are you going to fix it?” one follower asked, while another wondered, “Why would you white wax [wash] him?”

Fans voiced their concerns in the museum’s Instagram comments.

Johnson, 51, has not yet commented on his new wax figure.

The comparison between the “Baywatch” star and Diesel, 56, is a bit comical, though, considering they have had on-set beef in the past.

Rumors of a feud between Johnson and the “xXx” star first started in 2016 when the former wrestler said the behavior of his male “Fast and Furious” co-stars had left his blood “boiling.”

Others said the figure looked whitewashed.

“Some conduct themselves as stand-up men and true professionals, while others don’t,” he said at the time. “The ones that don’t are too chicken s–t to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I’m not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling — you’re right.”

Johnson didn’t star in the franchise’s ninth film in 2021 and later revealed he had privately told Diesel that he would not return for future movies.

After Diesel publicly asked Johnson to come back for 2023’s “Fast X” via Instagram in 2021, the retired WWE star told CNN that he felt like the post was an example of “manipulation.”

Johnson and Diesel famously feuded for years, but they squashed their beef in 2022.

“I didn’t like that he brought up his children in the post, as well as Paul Walker’s death,” he said.

“Leave them out of it. We had spoken months ago about this and came to a clear understanding.”

This past June, however, Johnson revealed on Twitter that he and Diesel had squashed their beef, also sharing that he would be returning to the “Fast and Furious” franchise.
