Alan Ruck is doing OK and feeling thankful following his car crash.
“I’m fine,” the “Succession” star told TMZ Thursday afternoon as he was exiting a convenience store in Los Angeles. “Thank God nobody was killed.”
His lighthearted demeanor continued when he told the photogs his slight limp was not from the accident, but simply from “getting old.”
Ruck then entered a Nissan vehicle and drove off.
On Tuesday night, the 67-year-old actor plowed his truck into the side of Raffalo’s Pizza in Los Angeles after hitting two cars at a four-way traffic stop.
A 25-year-old man and a 40-year-old female were also involved in the accident and reported feeling pain after the crash, but no serious injuries were recorded.

Ruck is not thought to have been under the influence at the time of the car crash. The specific reason behind the accident is unknown.
Tim Ratcliff, who owns several restaurants near the crash site, told KTLA following the accident that the actor seemed concerned about everyone’s safety.
“I asked him, ‘Are you OK?’ And the first thing out of his mouth was, ‘Is everyone (else) OK? I think I hit someone. Is he OK?’” the businessman claimed.
“The whole building shook and I thought a bomb or something had exploded,” Ratcliff recalled of the moment the accident occurred.
By Wednesday afternoon, the “Spin City” alum’s Rivian pickup truck had been removed from the side of the pizza shop and the gaping hole it left was boarded up.
Ruck has acted in more than 100 projects over his decades-spanning career, with his breakthrough role being 1986’s “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off,” in which he starred opposite Matthew Broderick.
Most recently, he played Connor Roy in “Succession,” for which he earned his first Emmy nomination this year for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
“I’ve been really lucky. I’ve been doing this a long time, and I’ve worked on some really wonderful projects,” the actor told Deadline while reflecting on his career in July.
