Gisele Bündchen penned a cryptic message about being kinder to those going through “heartbreaks.”
The supermodel, who finalized her divorce from Tom Brady just over a year ago, shared a photo Saturday of herself on a beach in a swimsuit, gazing pensively at the horizon.
“Everyone we meet has faced or is facing challenges in life that we know nothing about. We don’t see the silent struggles, the fear, the obstacles, the heartbreaks, or their daily ups and downs,” she captioned the Instagram post.
“As we go about our daily routine, we may miss seeing someone needing a simple, kind word or gesture.
I believe an act of kindness sparks more kindness, and this is what we most need in the world today.”
Last month marked one year since Bündchen, 43, and the former New England Patriots player, 46, legally ended their 13-year marriage.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel — who has sparked dating rumors with her jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, though we reported that they are just friends — looked happier than ever at the Miami airport around the first anniversary of their divorce as she flashed a smile while checking in for a flight by herself.
Page Six broke the news in September 2022 that Bündchen and Brady were headed for divorce following an “epic” fight over his decision to un-retire from the NFL. (He went on to retire again just months later.)
“We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time spent together,” the famed quarterback wrote in a statement posted to Instagram at the time.
“We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way.”
The pair have since co-parented son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10, while Brady also shares son Jack, 16, with ex Bridget Moynahan. He most recently dated Irina Shayk — albeit briefly.
While Bündchen has seemingly been in high spirits since the split, the Brazil-born beauty revealed she has been having a “very tough” time amid her parents’ declining health.
“It’s been very tough on my family. It’s been a lot — in every area of my life,” she told People in September.
“I feel like whenever it rains, it pours. With all the different twists and turns that life takes, all we can do is the best we can given what happens in our surroundings.”
