Guerdy Abraira thinks Larsa Pippen made a mess by divulging her breast cancer diagnosis to several of their “Real Housewives of Miami” castmates — and other individuals — without permission.
“It’s just the sloppiness of it being said in front of people I don’t even know,” Abraira, 45, exclusively told Page Six Tuesday night at the DIRECTV Christmas event hosted at Kathy Hilton’s Bel Air mansion.
“Two of her best friends, they’re not my best friends,” the “RHOM” star continued, noting that Pippen, 49, spilled the beans to women who are not part of the Bravo cast while prepping for a party celebrating boyfriend Marcus Jordan’s return home from a five-day trip.
“And to say my personal health news? You’ve got people bartending, waiters [around],” Abraira elaborated, lambasting Pippen for her “nonchalant” attitude toward spreading sensitive information despite being asked not to.
“It’s actually disturbing,” added the wedding planner.
Before telling Pippen, Abraira had updated Julia Lemigova, Adriana de Moura and Dr. Nicole Martin about her health during an emotional dinner scene.

Abraira had yet to find a moment that felt right to disclose her diagnosis with the rest of the cast, but broke the news to Pippen during a one-on-one lunch originally scheduled to discuss pettier matters.
The two convened to unpack why Abaira called Pippen the “fakest Housewife” during Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea Live!” podcast taping in February. During their heated exchange over the situation, Abraira tearfully revealed her cancer diagnosis to Pippen.
Pippen — who attended Hilton’s festive fête with beau Jordan, 32 — told Page Six that she was shellshocked by the revelation, resulting in a reaction that read cold onscreen.
“I almost feel like it was an ambush. You’re yelling at me for 30 minutes and then you tell me you have cancer … When you’re arguing with someone and then when you lay something like that not the table, it’s so heavy,” the OnlyFans creator said.
“And then I look like I’m not being nice or not being a good friend to you. I didn’t expect it. I was shocked.”
Pippen said that she would have reacted “differently” had Abraira opened the conversation by sharing her diagnosis.
“I would have shown her love, I would have gone up and given her a hug,” she explained.
Earlier this month, Pippen defended her actions via social media and insisted she has been “nothing but a good friend” to Abraira.
With reflection, however, she doesn’t feel they were ever truly close.
“I’m OK with it. This whole season, I feel like I was bullied over this — over me trying to do something nice for her,” Pippen said, reiterating that she only meant to “rally the girls” behind Abraira by alerting them of her diagnosis before she had the chance.
“I feel like we’re not friends,” she further asserted, “and I need to come to terms with that and I need to stop worrying [about] trying to make a friendship with someone that’s literally trying to ruin my reputation.”
Abraira, for her part, is similarly uninterested in repairing any semblance of a bond as she sees more of Pippen’s behavior play out on “RHOM.”
“I’m watching like the viewers are, so I’m literally like, ‘Watch what happens next.’ It’s a lot of drama and I don’t understand how my health is the centerpiece of her existence,” she said.
“She thinks that everyone is going to just be a blind follower and we’re not bobbleheads here. All of us have a great head on our shoulders and we understand what consequences are and we understand good and bad and some people don’t.”
Abraira was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in March but triumphantly told fans this month at BravoCon 2023 that she was cancer-free.
“The Real Housewives of Miami” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
