Gwyneth Paltrow has plans to ‘disappear’ from Hollywood after selling Goop: ‘No one will ever see me again’

Goopeye, Hollywood!

Gwyneth Paltrow has no plans on staying in the public eye after she eventually sells her wellness company, Goop.

“I might be like, ‘F–k this.’ I might just disappear, and no one will ever see me again,” she said in a Bustle cover profile published Wednesday.

The “Shakespeare In Love” actress addressed the subject once again while talking about getting “no” pleasure from the public aspect of her life.

“I will literally disappear from public life. No one will ever see me again,” she said of when she sells Goop.

Meanwhile, things like “creating, collaborating, being struck with new ideas, innovating, thinking ahead, strategy, vision,” do give her pleasure.

Paltrow, 51, added that she is “unfortunately not” motivated by money – despite the New York Times valuing Goop at $250 million in 2018.

“I could never get attracted to the really rich guy… And I don’t make choices to build value in the wrong way. I’ve always done independent films. I don’t know. Money has never been my thing. It’s never been my driver,” she shared.

Paltrow didn’t elaborate on plans to sell her popular company, but as of now, she has “no idea” who’s going to buy Goop or when they’re planning on doing so.

The “Shakespeare In Love” actress admitted that she still needs “a few more years” before she’s ready to sell her beloved Goop.

“We’re not ready to sell yet. I need a few more years,” she told the outlet.

The “Iron Man” star acknowledged that when she does sell her company, it will be “really critical” to “share the consumer-facing responsibility” with someone else.

While she maintained that does “not know who that would be” right now, her 19-year-old daughter, Apple, won’t be filling in for her mom.

“She doesn’t want anything to do with it, though. She’s a very private person, actually,” she told the outlet.

Paltrow founded Goop in 2008, and since then has only participated in a few movie and TV projects, like her latest one, “Avengers: Endgame” in 2019.

She even recently made a statement while showing she uses 1999 Oscar as a doorstop in her home.

Paltrow shares Apple and a son, Moses, 17, with ex-husband, Chris Martin. She also is a stepmom to Isabella, 19, and Brody, 17, with her current husband, Brad Falchuk, whom she married in 2018.
