Gypsy Rose Blanchard makes red carpet debut with husband a week after prison release

From the slammer to the spotlight.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard and her husband, Ryan Anderson, made their red carpet debut Friday night at the NYC premiere of her new Lifetime show, “The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard.”

The convicted murderer wore a black mini-dress that was half lace and featured a plunging neckline.

She paired the look with sheer tights and a pair of black open-toe heels that had a bejeweled strap at the ankle, while Anderson sported a classic black suit with a plaid tie.

The couple packed on the PDA as they posed together on the red carpet, even sharing a kiss for the cameras.

The outing comes a week after Gypsy, 32, was released from prison for the murder of her mom, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard, in 2015 at her Springfield, Mo., home.

At the time, Gypsy convinced her then-boyfriend, Nicholas Godejohn, to stab Clauddine to death so she could escape her mom, who tricked her and the doctors into believing she had different illnesses.

Gypsy was sentenced to 10 years in prison but was granted parole in September 2023, while her ex was sentenced to life in prison.

Earlier this week, the ex-con-turned-social media star clapped back at haters who bashed her husband online by bragging about his package.

“Ryan, don’t listen to the haters. I love you, and you love me,” she wrote via Instagram. “We do not owe anyone anything. Our family is who matters. … I love you💕.”

She continued, “besides they [are] jealous because you are rocking my world every night…yeah I said it, the D is fire🔥.”

Aside from her media tour, Gypsy also wants to focus on prison reform with the help of aspiring lawyer Kim Kardashian.

“I think it would be cool because she has a huge platform for prison reform, and I have been in prison,” she told “Extra” Friday.

“So, I think having those two elements, I think we could probably do some good for the world.”
