Imprisoned Todd, Julie Chrisley sell Tennessee estate for $5.2 million: See inside

Todd and Julie Chrisley sold their Nashville-area mansion for $5.2 million while behind bars, Page Six can confirm.

The former “Chrisley Knows Best” stars quietly offloaded the 13,279-square-foot property in April 2023, three months after reporting to prison for bank fraud and tax evasion, according to property records.

They parted ways with their six-bedroom, 10-bathroom estate in Brentwood, Tenn., in an off-market sale.

The couple made a nice profit on the home, which they bought for $3.375 million in 2019.

Fans of the Chrisley family got a glimpse inside the sprawling manse during the final seasons of their reality TV show.

The property includes a pool, an indoor basketball court, a kitchen stocked with up-to-date appliances and hand-painted wallpaper in the dining room.

The exterior of the home is striking in its own right, with white brick walls, long vertical windows and a grand entrance with stairs and a black railing.

Once inside, guests can walk toward the kitchen, which matches the rest of the house with tones of white and light brown wooden accents.

The professional chef’s kitchen includes dual sub-zero refrigerators and freezers, and all the appliances surround a white marble island with a sink and three chairs sitting across.

When the Chrisleys opted to entertain their large brood in a more formal space, the dining room fit everyone at the large dark brown wooden table.

The room’s Gracie wallpaper is custom designed with trees with white flowers.

Viewers sometimes saw Todd working in the study room, which is covered in custom oak except for the golden chandelier and fireplace toward the back.

Downstairs sits a living room with large windows, a more casual dining space off to the side of the kitchen and a laundry room with four total units.

Most, if not all, of the bedrooms appear to be on the second level of the home and match the design of the rest of the house with hues of white, light gray and light blue.

Todd, 54, and Julie, 51, left the home in January 2023 when they went to separate prisons to begin their respective sentences after being found guilty in June 2022. They have long maintained their innocence.

The couple’s children Chase and Savannah Chrisley are still fighting to get their parents out of prison.

Savannah, 26, has since gained custody of her brother Grayson Chrisley and her niece Chloe Chrisley.

TMZ was first to report the news of the sale.
