Ireland Baldwin shared honest photos of herself wearing nothing but a bra and underwear to show her followers the progress she’s made since giving birth to her first child.
“9 months postpartum and I’m far from where I want to be but I’m over the hump and finally finding time to get this ass into shape,” the model captioned the photos showing herself flexing her muscles and making goofy faces.
“Not necessarily working out everyday, but making strides to be more consistent. Walk more. Move more.”
Baldwin, 28, explained that she was sharing the images out of “solidarity” with anyone who has been “having a tough time getting inspired to change bad habits/work on yourself.”

The daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin, who once called Ireland a “thoughtless little pig” in an irate voicemail, admitted she still has days where she’ll binge eat Girl Scout cookies but said it’s “OK.”
“It took 7-9 months to even start to lose any baby weight or care to… and anyone who makes you feel bad for going at your own pace or not being enough can suck it,” she wrote. “This s–t is HARD. Be kind to yourself.”
Ireland’s followers praised her for candor and many weighed in with their own struggles to lose baby weight.
“I’m still trying to loose [sic] baby weight. My daughter is 18 😂,” quipped one follower.

Ireland and her boyfriend, musician RAC, welcomed their daughter, Holland, in May after announcing in December 2022 that she was expecting.
The writer kept fans updated on her journey to motherhood throughout her pregnancy, giving glimpses of the fruit-themed nursery she had decorated for her daughter as well as her strip club-themed baby shower.
Ireland shared that she “thrifted” several “fruit themed goodies” for the room in the couple’s Gearhart, Ore., home.
“The furniture we chose were pieces from my childhood. And of course I spent way too much money on @jellycat stuffies because I had NO CHOICE. 🍋🍓🍍🥑🍉,” she shared in a social media post, which showcased a wooden crib, a rustic set of drawers and several plant plush toys.
