We hear that Maria de la Orden — the Spanish-Parisian fashion designer and close friend of Ivanka Trump — hosted an intimate brunch featuring her spring collection outside Miami.
The fashionable fete was held at the Four Seasons in Surfside, and a spy told us it was “Maria’s first time bringing her collection to Miami . . . The attendees were local chic Miami women who love fashion and Maria’s style.”
Trump was spotted at the event posing for pics, helping to make sure the decor was just right, and sitting and laughing with her designer pal.
Tatler has previously written of the Paris-based designer, “Marie embodies Parisian elegance,” and, “When Maria isn’t designing, she escapes the bustling city for shooting weekends at her whimsical country house, hosts medieval-themed dinner parties or jets off to St Tropez, where she will no doubt arrive just in time for evening drinks at Le Senequier,” the famed Riviera late-night eatery.
We previously reported that Trump is living in the South Florida city with her family after stepping away from politics for a more private life.
But Trump isn’t apparently completely out of the limelight.
She was spotted with husband Jared Kushner during Art Basel Miami Beach at a different bash, a party at new hot spot Casadonna.
Guests at that party also included Leonardo DiCaprio and girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, as well as TikTok star Alix Earle and her boyfriend, Dolphins player Braxton Berrios.
Trump also recently attended Kim Kardashian’s birthday party in Los Angeles.
