Jason Kelce is over the moon about his brother Travis Kelce’s romance with “genuine” Taylor Swift.
The Philadelphia Eagles center gushed over the “Cruel Summer” songstress during an interview with the NFL at Pro Bowl 2024 Sunday after meeting her for the first time at a Kansas City Chiefs game last month.
“My brother and his love life is definitely the topic of the NFL right now, and my whole thing with that is as long as Trav is happy and enjoying life, I’m happy and enjoying life,” Jason said.
“I’ve been fortunate to meet Taylor now. She’s [an] awesome, down-to-earth, genuine person, which has been great to see, whenever you’re seeing anyone of that caliber of stardom still remain as grounded as they are.”
The father of three, 36, also reflected on the increased public scrutiny surrounding the family since Swift and Travis, both 34, went public with their relationship last year.
“It’s a little bit more people noticing you, stuff like that, but you try and just act the same and be the same,” he explained. “I know that, obviously, the attention … and media focus is a lot higher, but you try not to change or do anything different.”
Jason has previously spoken highly of the “Anti-Hero” hitmaker several times, even referring to her as a part of the family.
Most recently, he came to Swift’s defense amid backlash from sports critics claiming she “ruined football.”

“I think that the NFL would probably be foolish not to show her and be a role model for all the young girls out there,” he told a local Cincinnati news outlet Friday.
“She’s a world star, she’s the quintessential artist right now in the world, singer-songwriter, immensely talented, an unbelievable role model for young women across the globe.”
Jason and his wife, Kylie Kelce, hung out with the 14-time Grammy winnerfor the first time at the Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills game on Jan. 21.
The NFL star stole the spotlight when he ripped off his T-shirt in the freezing weather — with Swift’s encouragement — and jumped into the crowd following Travis’ touchdown.
The two are expected reunite at Super Bowl 2024 on Feb. 11 to cheer on Travis and the Chiefs as they take on the San Francisco 49ers.
