Joe Jonas revealed he was told he looked ‘crazy’ by a CVS employee while running errands in New York City on Wednesday.
On the same day photos emerged of his estranged wife Sophie Turner sharing a kiss with British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson, the musician, 34, joked that he got humbled by the store’s security guy.
While recalling the moment in a TikTok video, the Waffle House singer said the man recognized him and said: ‘Oh! Joe Jonas?’
‘And I said, ‘Hey man, what’s going on?’ and I shook his hand and he goes, ‘Man, you look crazy in person,” the father-of-two mused. ‘Is that a compliment?’

He went on to ask his followers to weight in on whether he was insulted or complimented in the comment section.
‘Maybe he meant to say, ‘It’s crazy to see you in person,’ one suggested, while another wrote: ‘He was definitely just starstruck!’
After of his fans expressed their belief that the employee ‘fumbled over his words’ or that Jonas is ‘more good looking in person.’
His post came on the same day that DailyMail.com published photos of his ex getting cozy with Pearson in Paris.
The Game Of Thrones star was seen locking lips with Peregrine, 29, whose family has a net worth of more than £224million, near the Gare du Nord station.
In the picture, Sophie was seen cutting a smart figure in an all-black ensemble and a red baseball cap as she shared the public kiss with Peregrine.
Peregrine, who recently split from King Charles’s goddaughter, kept it casual in grey jeans and a dark jacket as he leant in for a smooch.
The pair then parted ways in chauffeur-driven cars before they later reunited at the city’s Stade de France, where Sophie unveiled the Rugby World Cup trophy.

According to The Sun, an onlooker said: ‘They arrived together at the chauffeur pick-up location outside of the station. It looked like they might have both come on the Eurostar from London.
‘They stood there for a few minutes and were chatting and laughing a lot. He then took his hat off and leaned in to give her a big kiss. After the kiss they parted ways.’
Just hours after the kiss, Sophie was seen smiling as she and Peregrine both arrived ahead of the Rugby World Cup Final between New Zealand and South Africa.
Sophie walked a few steps ahead of the aristocrat, dubbed Britain’s ‘most eligible bachelor,’ before going on to the pitch to unveil the Webb Ellis cup.
Their kiss comes one month after Sophie’s ex Jonas filed for divorce and the pair reached a temporary custody agreement.
Peregrine is the eldest son and heir of Michael Pearson, the 4th Viscount Cowdray – a former film producer who owns a significant chunk of the Pearson media empire.
He has a £5million pad in Chelsea while his father owns a sprawling mansion in West Sussex with 22 bedrooms and 16,500 acres including 10 polo pitches.

‘They grew apart,’ a source told the Daily Mail’s Richard Eden at the time.
‘Their friends and family were hoping their union would lead to marriage, but it wasn’t meant to be.’
Putting on a brave face amid the heartache, the Princess enjoyed a meal out to celebrate socialite Alexia Mavroleon’s birthday in London, according to The Sun.
Earlier this month, Sophie and Joe spoke out after arriving at a temporary custody agreement.
The former pair shared a statement announcing their new arrangement after going through mediation last week amid their brutal divorce struggle.

‘We look forward to being great co-parents,’ the couple added.
While Jonas will get to take the girls on tour with his band The Jonas Brothers, Turner will get to spend Christmas with them in the UK with her family.
