Jon Gosselin revealed in a new interview that he hasn’t talked to some of his estranged children in ten years and his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, in five years.
“I haven’t talked to Mady and Cara for, oh I don’t even know, over a decade. And then I haven’t talked to Joel, Aaden, Leah and Alexis for five years,” the patriarch told “Entertainment Tonight” in a story published Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Collin – who recently enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps – and daughter Hannah have been living with him instead of their mom, Kate.
“At this point, they’re adults now. So, I mean, I don’t even know their phone numbers or stuff,” Jon said. “Hannah went down there and talked to them … I’ve kind of just stuck with the kids that live here.”
The former “Jon & Kate Plus 8” star explained he “can’t do anything” to try and reconcile until his kids “stop believing in one side of the story.”
“I’ve tried to reach out to them and it has failed numerous times,” Jon, 46, claimed.
As for his estranged wife, the reality TV alum has kept his distance and doubled down that she has continued to “alienate” him from their eight children.
“I don’t talk to Kate,” Jon – who recently went public with his girlfriend, Stephanie Lebo, after two years together – said. “I haven’t heard her voice since 2018.”
The exes share 19-year-old sextuplets Hannah, Collin, Leah, Alexis, Aaden and Joel, in addition to 22-year-old twin sisters Mady and Cara.
The family starred in the TLC series “Jon & Kate Plus 8” from 2007 to 2009 and later the “Kate Plus 8” spin-off after Jon and Kate got divorced.
They have been in the headlines recently after several damning claims were made in Vice’s bombshell documentary “Jon & Kate Plus 8: Family Circus.”
Much of the doc centered around Collin’s estrangement after Kate, 48, sent him to live in a behavioral institution when he was just 12 years old because he allegedly had “special needs.”
However, Collin accused his mom of shipping him off after he told people she was being “abusive” to him.
Since then, the kids who live with Kate have not spoken to Collin.

“They don’t talk to Collin,” Hannah reaffirmed in the Vice doc. “They decided to not have a relationship with him.”
In November 2022, Collin shared that he would like to reconnect with his siblings, but he did not want to force it.
“I want to respect their space and their time and respect how they feel about everything, so I’m kind of just waiting for the day that they reach out,” he previously told “Entertainment Tonight.”
“I don’t want to reach out. I don’t want to invade their space,” Collin added. “I’d rather just let them do it on their own terms.”
Mady later responded to Collin’s claims and emphasized that she is not interested in “further conversation” about “rebuilding” her relationship with him.
