Julia Fox flexes her abs in padded leather illusion jacket and hot pants for book promo

She’s absolutely ready for fall.

Julia Fox might love to show off some skin, but instead of baring her own abs on Tuesday, she let her outerwear do the talking as she visited several NYC bookstores to promote her new memoir, “Down the Drain.”

The “Uncut Gems” muse, 33, celebrated her book’s release in a head-turning and nearly weather-appropriate outfit, wearing a brown leather jacket featuring a chest plate with chiseled abs that gave off the illusion of a superhero physique.

The biker-style coat — which featured huge shoulder pads reminiscent of her ex-boyfriend Kanye West’s recent looks — featured baggy sleeves and buckle detail at the waist.

The former dominatrix paired the edgy jacket with a pair of matching leather briefs.

She kept the brown theme going with pointy knee-high boots and a Syro purse ($375) shaped like a stiletto-heeled bootie.

Fox further accessorized with a pair of brown leather gloves, wearing her red hair in straight style and sporting autumnal mauve lipstick.

She shared several photos from the day on her Instagram Story, with the busy author stopping by the Strand Bookstore, Barnes and Noble and McNally Jackson Books to sign copies of her buzzy new memoir.

This isn’t the first wild ‘fit the model has worn to promote “Down the Drain” as of late, with Fox sporting a tiny bow bra earlier this week as she posted an Instagram Reel about her new release.

She also rocked a deconstructed version of a school uniform for a “Good Morning America” appearance in late September, wearing a backless white button-up with a colorful kilt that was held together by safety pins.

With plenty more book appearances likely to come, we’re anxiously awaiting her next creative look — and fans can now pick up their own copy of signed books in stores.
